In the header of our website there is a section called "Location and Contact" which will give you all the information concerning our location.
I have requested a double room, what should I expect?
If you request a double room, we understand that you are 2 people. If you do not specify a double bed or separate beds, the hotel will assign you one or the other.
What is the difference between a double-bed room and a twin room?
Double-bed" refers to a double bed and "twin" to two singles.
Can I request an extra bed for a double room, at what price?
The hotel provides an extra bed only if you wish to book a room for 3 people, subject to availability. We will apply a supplement according to the rate.
Can I request an extra bed to be placed in a single room?
No.
Are there quadruple rooms?
No.
Are there rooms specially adapted for people with disabilities?
Yes. There is an adapted room.
What services will I find in the rooms?
All rooms have air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, direct dial telephone, safe, ironing board.
Are the rooms soundproof?
Yes, all of them. However, we would like to inform you that it is absolutely impossible to eliminate street noises 100%. But by keeping the balcony closed, these possible noises (if any) will go virtually unnoticed.
Are the prices per person or per room?
All prices are per room per day.
Under Rates I read: "From" "To" Where are the room rates?
Prices range "From" a minimum "To" a maximum, depending on season and occupancy.
Does the price include tax?
Yes, always.
Are there any special discounts? (for civil servants, pensioners, airline employees, etc.)
No. If there is any kind of offer, it will be indicated in the section: "Promotions".
Can I use any kind of discount vouchers or vouchers?
No.
Why do you need my credit card details?
The hotel will charge the first night in advance to your credit card as a booking guarantee. The remaining amount of the stay is to be paid at the hotel. During "Semana Santa" and "Feria de Abril" the full amount of the stay will be charged in advance.
Which credit cards can I use to guarantee the reservation?
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We do not accept bank drafts or other forms of payment.
Can I pay in advance?

Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one I used to guarantee my reservation?
Yes, as long as you are the owner of the card.
My credit card has been charged, how can I get a refund?
By cancelling your booking at least 72 hours before the day of arrival. In "Semana Santa" and "Feria de Abril" you must cancel your reservation 21 days before arrival.
I don't have a credit card, can I make a reservation?
No.
Is it safe to provide my credit card details? Is the Hotel Puerta de Sevilla "Reservations" page secure?
Yes, we receive your credit card information through a secure server SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The same technology used in internet banking.
How can I make a reservation at your hotel?
You must complete all the sections requested in the "Reservations" section.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once we have received your booking request, we will send you confirmation of your booking only if it is possible. If the booking is not possible, we will send you an email informing you that the booking is not possible. Please, once you receive confirmation of your booking, we advise you to print the document and bring it with you, as this is the guarantee of your booking.
Can I book by phone, fax or email?
Yes, the information we ask you for is the same that you can find in our "Reservations" section.
I have sent all the information requested in the "Reservations" section but I have not received the confirmation by email, what should I do?
Sometimes emails can be lost due to a server problem. Or simply because the address has been typed incorrectly. Sometimes your email arrives in the spam folder. We recommend that you check the "Booking" form before finalising the process. You can also send us the data requested in the "Reservations" section directly to info@hotelpuertadesevilla.com.
I have sent all the information requested in the "Booking" section to info@hotelpuertadesevilla.com but I have not received a confirmation. Is my booking confirmed?
No. Your booking will only be considered confirmed when you receive a "Booking Confirmation" email or fax with your booking reference number.
Can I reserve a parking space for my car?
No. Parking will only be offered to you once you check-in. It is subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.
What time can I check in?
Check-in will take place from 14:00 h. (2 PM).
What time do I check out of my room?
12:00 h (12 PM)
Can I request an earlier check-in time or a later check-out time than indicated by the hotel?
No.
I will be late arriving at the hotel, can I come in?
Yes, the evening receptionist will ask for your name and pager number.
Does the hotel offer a transfer service?
No.
Does the hotel allow pets?
No. Only guide dogs for blind people.
What do I do if I have any questions about the room or the hotel, etc.?

Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, taking into account the cancellation policy.
Do I pay any cancellation fees?
No, as long as it has been cancelled before 72 hours before arrival or 21 days before if the reservation is for "Semana Santa" or "Feria de Abril". For cancellations made with American Express, 10% of the deposit will be retained.
How do I know if my booking has been cancelled?
Once the booking is cancelled you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
